Your fingerprint is yours alone. You are unique. Nothing can imitate you. Celebrate the very existence of you and burst through that bud. – Aisling Creegan

HEALING FROM ABUSIVE MOTHERS
Starting in the Spring of 2024!
We are delighted to invite you to our three, one day workshops for women who have experienced abuse from their mothers, including physical, sexual, emotional and/or mental abuse.
These are supportive, interactive, in-person workshops, (no PowerPoints or lectures!). They include small group work and the use of creative tools like art and writing, as well as astrology. It is important to attend all three days, so that group bonding can be established and maintained.
The purpose of these workshops is to create a supportive environment for you as a woman, to access your inner creative, self-empowering and self-nurturing resources. Ultimately it’s about recognizing, remembering and delighting in the amazing, love filled human being that you are!
Dates: Spring 2024 – watch this space, or email Margaret at margaretgcounselling@gmail.com for more information!
Location: Oscailt, 8 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4
Time: 11am – 2pm, (includes a 30 min break for lunch) There is a small kitchen near the room, so feel free to bring a sandwich/snack for lunch. Teas/coffee will be provided. There is also a small garden. Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible – our sincere apologies for this.
The group will be limited to 12 attendees
